Cancellation and Refund Policy We understand that travel plans may change, and we strive to offer flexibility while maintaining transparency. The following cancellation and refund policies apply to all international tour packages, including those covering flights, hotels, visas, and sightseeing.
1. Visa Fees Visa fees, including processing and service charges, are non-refundable, regardless of visa approval or rejection. In case of a visa denial, the booking is treated as a deemed cancellation, and standard cancellation charges will apply as per the schedule below.
2. Flight Tickets Flight bookings are subject to airline-specific cancellation rules. Most international flight tickets are non-refundable or carry heavy penalties for changes or cancellations. Refund amounts, if any, will be determined based on the airline’s terms and conditions.
3. Hotel & Sightseeing Services Accommodation, sightseeing tours, and meals are often booked on a pre-paid, non-refundable basis. Therefore, no refund will be provided for unused services or no-shows during the tour.
4. Cancellation by the Customer If the customer cancels the tour after booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:
5. Cancellation by the Operator In rare cases where the operator cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. minimum participation not met), customers will receive a refund of the amount paid, excluding visa, insurance, and service charges. Alternatively, customers may opt for rescheduling or credit vouchers.
6. Refund Timelines Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 to 90 working days. Delays may occur due to dependencies on third-party suppliers like airlines, hotels, and embassies.
7. Important Notes Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover cancellation risks.
Service fees and taxes are non-refundable under any circumstance.
We recommend all travelers to read the full terms and conditions at the time of booking and clarify refundability of individual services before proceeding.
