For online payments, we use trusted platforms like Paytm and PhonePe, both of which are PCI-DSS compliant and use end-to-end encryption, tokenization, and secure UPI authentication methods such as OTP and UPI PIN. These gateways also employ advanced fraud detection systems and risk-based transaction monitoring to block suspicious activities in real-time.

For offline transactions, we work with Union Bank of India, which follows strict RBI regulations for transaction security, including secure banking protocols, physical verification, and customer authentication.

We strongly advise customers to:

Never share sensitive information like OTPs, UPI PINs, or passwords. Use only official apps and websites. Immediately report any suspicious activity to our support team.

We also offer assistance in case of unauthorized transactions and cooperate fully with banks and law enforcement for dispute resolution. Regular training is provided to our staff to stay updated on fraud prevention and customer safety practices.
